Will brightness settings be saved when the monitor is completely disconnected and then reconnected again or do you have to set them every time it is p

Hi Eric, thanks for contacting us! As this monitor is 2k with 500 nits brightness, please add an extra power supply for the monitor, in that way you can save the brightness. My phone is HUAWEI MATE 30 PRO, its battery is very big and can save brightness settings via only one usb c to usb c cable. Hope you can understand. Audio was working through builtin speakers, but after adjusting the volume, it crackled and then no more audio. this is via hdmi on rpi4b. any ideas?

I did not have that problem. Been playing YouTube videos on mine. Check your HDMI cable, I have notice some are not made very well.

will this screen time out if my OS is left to never sleep? I ordered another screen that is turning off after 15 minutes

can i use drawing stylus pen for this monitor?

Depends on the stylus... It is a Touchscreen but not all stylus are tuned to screen sensor. You'll need to experiment. Stylus needs to mimick electrical properties of fingers. Samsung stylus are Samsung specific. Generic spongy flanged tips may work due to capacitive coupling properties that closely resemble human skin elec properties

Using the monitor with a desktop pc running windows 11. the touch function does not work. what do i need to do?

The monitor is capative touch screen. The pen is electronic conductive. So the pressure level sensing stylus pen doesn't work.

I want to mount this in my car dashboard what are the temperature ranges for this?

Don’t do it unless you plan to remove it out. It is a screen that will get warm over time and in direct sun you will probably eventually damage it.

What cable is required to power this monitor from a usb-c?

Hello, thanks for your question. Sorry, you cannot use the computer's USB C port to power the monitor. The 15.6" touch monitor does not have a USB A/C port. But we have specially equipped it with an AC/DC power adapter. Does this screen have a glass screen? Does anyone know the hardness of the screen?

Was this supposed to come with a stand? I am having serious difficult using the touchscreen without the monitor falling over.

Mine came with a back cover that can be used but if you push too hard will fall so I purchased a separate tablet stand so that it doesn't fall down and cost less than $20.

I’ve been giving this monitor a thorough testing by using it with my touchscreen laptop, my traditional laptop, my iPhone and my Nintendo Switch. It does not disappoint!! It has a nice magnetic case/cover with it, and every cord you could possibly need. But it’s super easy to use with the type-c cord, so you may not need any of the extras that they supply you with anyway. With the built in battery, no extra power cord is needed! It holds the charge for a fairly long time, but of course that will depend on your use. Speakers are pretty good. Picture quality is excellent! The only con that I’ve found is that the navigation for the On Screen Display (OSD) menu to adjust picture/color/advanced settings is not intuitive. It’s not a touchscreen menu, and is controlled by the Brightness/Volume rocker buttons, which takes some getting used to. But once I adjusted the settings to my liking, I don’t think I’ll need to navigate through it again anyway. If you’re looking for a touch screen portable monitor, don’t hesitate to scoop this one up. This portable monitor has been fantastic to use for the times im working from home. It's a great price and use compared to anything else in this price range and higher.It has built in speakers, a Full HMDI input, 2 USB c ports, a Volume knob and headphone jack.(take that iphone)As you can see from the pictures i've tested it out with various devices including my Steam deck (also shows its size to scale) My phone and a macbook air, all worked flawlessly with no issues, picture looks great and can be tuned in the monitor built in settings.The customer support has also been extremely positive so far and reaches out to you frequency to make sure you're satisfied

works great. built in speaker is pretty terrible, but that's expected. VESA is 75x75, I believe the screw size needed is M2. While I use it as a 2nd/3rd monitor next to my 24" 1440p display, I spun up borderlands 3 for a few minutes to see how it looks. While I think the size is a little small to use for gaming primarily, it's clean enough to play games on casually. I can see it being handy if someone wants a clean portable monitor for a travel PC. be warned when turning off a pc that's connected to it, the default "no signal" screen is a BRIGHT shade of blue, but that turns off in a few seconds. overall, cannot recommend enough for the VESA, which as far as i am aware, no other monitors in this size/resolution range has.

Meets all expectations. Lightweight but strong enoungh to be thrown into the sleeve in the backpack (along with its protective case). I turned up the brightness and all is very sharp and crisp. not lag.Am using just the single usb -c cable to connect. Power, Signal, and even Touch all on the one cable.I was worried Id need to use the deticated power cable as for other items such as small usb 'optionally/non powered/powered' usb home docking station I have .. the computer battery will slowly drain. but with this screen. after 2 hours and both screens turned up bright computer battery is at 100%.So far really happy with the purchase. arrived fast I will be a great asset when on the road or working at co-op desks.

I bought this monitor to go with my Raspberry Pi. You need a fully functioning screen to go with this card-deck sized computer. The monitor is HDMI-res and comes with a full array of cables. I particularly like the USB to USB-C cable for power. You need to find a power source, it feeds off USB power from your computer. Another appendage is the HDMI cable (mini HDMI on the monitor side) to full HDMI for the computer side. Monitor comes with a really cool wire-frame monitor stand that can position the screen at various angles. Handy to carry along. I'd rate this a buy.

I'm a big fan of portable monitors, they are great for traveling or camping, I also use them with my mini PC to maintain a small footprint. This monitor is very light at about 4 lbs and has a very vibrant screen. It comes with a case/stand that attaches magnetically, USB power supply and cable along with hdmi cables.One nice feature is it has VESA screw holes on the back so you can mount it on a stand, just be aware as it's very light so you have to use a monitor stand that doesn't have a minimum weight limit as many are spring loaded.The case doubles as a stand and has 2 indents to hold the monitor at different angles. One thing that isn't very obvious is you can press the volume rocker on the side to enter the setup menu where there is a load of settings you can tweak if you desire. I set mine to Vivid mode to get more vibrant colors, there is also a gaming and movie mode.I hooked it up to my Switch and the games display very nicely, the sound isn't too bad as well, you can't expect big sound from the small built-in speakers. I would recommend pairing a Bluetooth speaker or headphones anyway to get much better sound.When you are done the monitor quickly packs up and is easily transportable. Would be a great complement as a 2nd screen to a laptop or even a desktop PC. I'll most likely use it to play games and watch movies on the go. I would definitely recommend this monitor as it combines a great lightweight display at an affordable price.

UPDATE: I received another 13.3" monitor from the seller. The one I received was a 4k rather than a 2k monitor (https://www.amazon.com/Portable-Monitor-Upgraded-Speakers-Computer/dp/B09RZQWH3Z/ref=cm_cr_srp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8&th=1). This 4k monitor works perfectly. A single Type-C cable for both signal and power, and it saves any monitor settings that you change. Also a better picture.=== Original review ===First, good resolution at 2k and nice display.However this is not a slim monitor as described. At 9mm for a non-touch screen monitor, this is thick. It is barely 2.5mm thinner than my 13.5" laptop which has a touch screen. The thickness is however not a huge deal for me.The big problem is the fact that monitor settings (e.g. brightness) are not save/restored unless when you connect via HDMI. I.e. if you set monitor brightness for instance, disconnect and reconnect the power, the brightness returns to default settings. This is annoying for a portable monitor which is meant to be connected and disconnected often. This is true whether you connect with a single type-C cable for both signal and power, or whether you connect an external type-C cable for power before connecting another type-C cable for signal. The only time settings are saved/restored between connections is if you use a HDMI cable for signal.

This is my 2nd portable monitor. It’s the perfect size for taking with a laptop. I really like that it is vesa mountable. My past portable monitors didn’t have that feature. Super lightweight, seems good. I’ll update if o have any issues.

The screen is very bright. It can easily be used outside in direct sunlight. The case/stand is versatile with several magnets that can hold the screen securely at any angle. It is very thin and light so it easily fits in my bag along with my laptop. This is a good device to buy if you want a quality display without any of the gimmicky features that I often see on other electronics.

This monitor was exactly what I was looking for. I love the 2560x1600 resolution. Color is good and audio is okay. Customer service is great! I had a few questions and they were able to respond in a timely manner. The monitor also comes with a magnetic case that is also a stand. I use this primarily as a second screen to my laptop but I did try to connect to my mobile devices and it works also. It’s got all the connections I need and I don’t have to connect it to an external power supply.

This is a really well designed portable monitor stand.I tested it with my 15.6 inch portable monitor and it was really stable.You can also tighten the hinges with the included Allen wrench.There’s an area underneath the stand to store it, which is really convenient.What really astounding about this stand was that, it even worked with a 17.3 inch portable monitor, and was very stable.The monitor can be rotated 360 degrees for a vertical or horizontal orientation.Highly recommended.

I received my item very promptly and it was everything I hoped it would be. I liked that they provided several cables for multiple connection methods. I did not have to buy anything else. It came with a monitor user manual that was easy to understand. I love the touchscreen capability. The monitor was super thin, lightweight and I love it. It has a a volume control and a plug for headphones. It came with a stand that can be adjusted to many angles. The sleeve is beautiful but I haven't figured out how to fold it so I won't need the stand provided. I figure something out when I forget the stand at home. Connect this item to a 2020 Macbook Air 13", and it works just fine in terms of plug and play. Unfortunately, there is a power drain so severe when running CPU intensive applications the Macbook battery discharges completely after 4-5 hours of use. And yes, the Macbook as well as the monitor are both plugged into AC power while this happens. This also happens when the laptop monitor is completely dimmed black. Also, power surges are common. When they do happen the monitor goes into sleep mode immediately. Whatever work you had on the monitor is now transferred to the laptop, and it's annoying. I'm trying to find out how power distribution works, but that information is limited to internet searches as the manual in the box is all of 3"x3" and maybe 10-15 pages.

Best laptop extra monitor I have found at a decent price. The colors and brightness of this display are excellent. Setup was a breeze, completely up and running in 10 minutes. Lots of menu options and straight forward connections that make setup and use a easy task. I took this with me to work off site at Starbucks and had more comments then I expected. I probably helped sell a few of these just in this one visit. The pictures do not do it justice, my iphone camera is great but the ambient light was a struggle to get a true quality picture.

Update:So, after reading my review below, Uperfect contacted me about my experience with the product. By this time, I had returned both the original and the replacement monitors.They offered a replacement monitor of a different model, and I accepted it. Honestly this monitor is not perfect either, but it's better than the 17" display, and I am genuinely impressed with the lenghts this company is willing to go for customer satisfaction.I'm giving five stars for an excellent company who will stand by their product, and no stars for the actual product. My original review regarding the product is below:The colors are terrible. I thought I had a bad unit at first, got a replacement shipped in and the second monitor was identically terrible. The product quality is consistent. Consistently bad.In my attached picture, this monitor is on the top right corner. Notice that the color red looks way more yellow than it should. It's not just red that's affected either: Blue looks like light blue, while green is also more pale and yellow than it should be. With an advertised 100% sRGB color rating, this is not good.That said, if you're willing to overlook the screen, everything else is pretty good.

This is a great little monitor, I’m using it mainly with my Switch and the video quality is amazing. I’m getting no input lag and that’s a must for me when it comes to gaming. Built in speakers have good audio but I play with headphones plugged in through the audio jack. It folds shut into a protective cover which is a nice plus for traveling. If you’re in the market for a cheap portable monitor that’s great for gaming, look no further.
